Woso Markets Order Change/Refund Policy


Adding an Item
To add an item to an order, please submit a second order.

Changing Selection
If you would like to change a selection - for example you would like a blueberry muffin instead of a double chocolate muffin - contact the vendor directly.

Cancelling an Order
If you would like to cancel your order, you may do so by contacting markets@woso.co within 24 hours of placing the order, or before midnight on the day indicated by your farmers market, whichever comes first.

Within these time limits, Woso Markets will process the cancellation and issue a refund of the cost of your order minus the payment processing fee incurred by the vendor (typically 2.9% plus 30 cents). Refunds may take several days to appear on your credit card statement.

After the 24-hour window, cancellations and refunds are subject to the vendor's policy, so please contact the vendor directly. Within 24 hours of market day, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.
